Rachel and her team at Pettit Realty LLC were the one of the best things that happened in our move. We found them as we’re preparing to move out. Her team managed our property for almost 4 years. In those years, we didn’t have to worry about anything concerning the property, they took care of it like it was their home. Once we decided to sell, they quoted it what the repairs would cost with their contractors, and it was a convenient and cheap price for quality work (believe me, i looked around at other contractors for repairs, Pettit has very good prices!). Rachel and her team show what a company that cares for you and your property is supposed to do. Rental property inspection to ensure quality and upkeeping of the property, monthly (unless needed more often) updates on the property, and any concern raised by us was addressed within 2-3 days (unless an emergency, which was addressed that same day).
