Frances Rowley is truly the back bone and heart of the Pettit Realty office.  Originally, Frances came to Pettit as a prospective rental client, then returned as a prospective buyer.  Just in her time around the office as a customer, it became evident Frances needed to join the Pettit team.  With over twenty years of financial, sales and customer service experience, Frances undeniably was the right choice!  She has been leading our front office since February 2012 and manages the Pettit office support staff.  Her positive attitude and quickness to meet every customers individual needs is exceptional.  Due to her longevity with the company, Frances has developed relationships with many of our customers and provides a personal touch with everything she does.  She cares deeply for each and every client and it shows.

Frances is readily available, efficient, and always goes above and beyond.  By phone, email, or in-person she gets the job done!  She is well versed in real estate and property management to facilitate all customers by providing her expertise and assistance.  Customers appreciate the excellent customer service that has been established due to Frances’ leadership throughout the office. Frances’ goal is to always take customer service to another level.
