Nate started with the Pettit Realty Team as a part-time maintenance technician and quickly was enticed by the Real Estate and Property Management at Pettit.  Quickly, he advanced to join the team as a valuable assistant!  He enjoys being a part of a team and that is why he was drawn to the Pettit atmosphere. 

He is former active duty ARMY with 8 years of service.  Interacting with and assisting other current, former, and future service members is one of his passions.  Primarily his focus and education was in the technical field of IT work and Electronic Warfare.  Eagerly, Nate has applied this knowledge and expertise to his career change.  This expertise has made Nate an especially valuable asset to the marketing and website management of the brokerage.  Working with other local experts, photographers, designers, and much more, Nate quickly provides and produces advanced marketing tools, paraphernalia, videos, and much more for our team to launch top quality, marketing campaigns for our clients.  Nate actively spends his time researching and acquiring knowledge of any marketing techniques the industry currently has to offer and works hard to implement them quickly.  

What Nate enjoys the most is seeing the before, during and after process of transforming a home to market ready condition and the advantage of a team that can quickly prepare a home while providing quality work.  It’s like a production preparing homes for their debut – from the first view of a home, making recommendations, over-seeing the work, prepping all the marketing, to a home’s first launch!  The satisfaction comes from seeing the hard work result in hearing the words “Closed”.
